Whenever Walmart is our best option for parking, we ALWAYS check with the manager on duty to verify that its ok to park there, and we always make note of his or her name.

Chuck Norris doesn't park. The road stops and he sleeps where he wants to.

Now it has simply become idiotic. To invoke the Bill of Rights in a situation such as this is a ###### insult, IMHO.

    Get a friggin' life! Now!!

48Parkard---thank you for your kind comment that "reveals the grain of wisdom"!!! YOU opinion will be counted....
BUT IF YOU ARE TRUCKER ....you would want to have access to stores that you could shop ....unless you are "local" running around your town....
IT IS OUR OPINION as stated above ...and by the way....Chuck Norris agreed with us in his last response to our inquiry via his online account...Norris wants to shop at Walmart too if he takes his RV BUSS on the road!!!! So does everyone else who travels .....and those who suggest to call a manager and seek phone permission is just not practical; traveling public should NOT and WILL not be exposed to 5 TON LIMIT as this sign says.....and who is the one who decides what weights 5 ton and what weights 9999.99lb and what weights 10001.00lb....see the nonsense here???
ALL I CAN TELL YOU...at this time...we have made necessary provisions so situations like this will not happen again!!!
STORE is a public access property ....if an amish person wants to bring his buggy he/she can....and WALMART had even made necessary arrangements for them in Lancaster County PA and elsewhere!!!
TRUCKING IS A GENERAL MODE OF OPERATION on public roadways...and UNLESS WALMART or any other stores has a place to reasonably accomodate ....they cannot and shall not limit public access based on weight of 5 or 10 ....or whatever tons.
SO 48Packard....your response to us is simply that of ignorance of the issue!!!

    Well...don't keep us in suspense!

What are the "necessary provisions" so that I/we can ignore posted parking lots and park where we see fit and ignore property owner's rights and municipal by-laws.

This will be rich<I'm betting on it!

ralph....will let everyone know of the outcome once we know the answer...what is known about Eaton OH WALMART situation is that manager of that store gave blanca carte to AL's Towing to hook up and go...with no warning; in fact to make sure that the 'fish" does not escape, they disable our truck prior to anouncement; OHIO agency that controls towing licence verified already some violations...and we think they will have to answer some questions to the state soon.
