Im no lawyer and dont claim to be, but I would think that since WalMart is a private company (not government owned) that they would be able to restrict who walks into their doors and even who uses their parking lot as long as its not on a discriminatory basis.

Just because WalMart has a store doesnt mean that they have to let you shop there and park there. Although I do think they let anyone shop there! :D

That's just your wishful thinking. Nobody says they have to spend a quarter million extra to make their parking lot truck friendly. Stores aren't built around truckers. Especially when you get off the beaten path and expect them to accommodate you. That was your first mistake was going to a Walmart far from the interstate. Second mistake was ignoring the signs. Third mistake was probably where you parked up front. I did the Walmart monthly prescription thing on the road for two years. I never had problems because I followed simple rules.

    1. Call your prescription in so they can transfer it and have it ready, saving you 30-60 minutes. At that time you can find out if they are truck friendly. That's how long it takes to fill a Walmart transfer so I know you weren't in there 5 minutes. GPS's are good for finding any Walmart on your route if nothing else. They list phone numbers too. You can also find them on your laptop. You have 600 miles of road to choose the right Walmart. Do some planning instead of "Oh, there's one".
    2. Always follow the delivery route in and park in the back or side not to be obvious or rudely hog a dozen car parking spots.
    3. Always bobtail in when practical. It can't always be done but with a little planning it can. Shopping should be done when you are empty and not under a load.
    4. If you see a No Trucks sign show respect instead of Screw It! I do what I want will backfire.

You have to remember rules are made because something happened in the past. You have some nasty I don't care trucker to thank for that. If I had to pick up trash, piss bottles, a bag of crap I would kick the truckers out too.

Well i have re-read the Bill of Rights and cannot find any reference to truck parking at Walmart or any other business.
Now it does say you cannot discriminate due to RACE, CREED, COLOR, or NATIONAL ORIGIN, but nothing about Walmart.
Guess Thomas Jefferson didn't shop at Walmart???
Please elaborate on or link to a document that denotes a private enterprise has to accommodate any and all vehicles.
Also, most stores have a sign somewhere near the entrance that states "We Have The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone...ETC".
Some Walmarts have 12' Bars over their entrances to prevent trucks from entering. Do you think you have the right to proceed anyway, knocking down the bars?
