FedEx what ? Custom Critical is Expedite . Ground has O/O's pulling doubles between terminals and parcel vans making deliveries . Expedite and Ground tractors can be a good deal . There are a lot of labor issues with the vans . Van operators won suits to be classified as employees but FedEx countered that by no longer contracting single routes . Van contractors must now contract multiple routes .

    Do you own a truck...?
If not don't get one right now unless you are VERY dedicated to the industry.. I would not do it as a newbe for sure ..

    Anyway .

Fedex , ups freight , etc

They have some good deals and lanes but keep in mind it's JIT freight . (just in time) no cushion in most cases at all

They pay a base rate and a guaranteed fuel cap at like 1.25 or so

If fed ex .. Pulling doubles it's a bid lane and truck need to be speced right like a single axle etc..

My opinion if your a newbe try this latter learn the industry see if u like it first ..
