What exactly did the officer ticket you for and how fast was you driving ?

 

My guess is failure to maintain control of vehicle

Many companies may require that you have a copy of the police report. This actually can go a long way for you, that it was due to an animal. So if you do not have a copy of that police report, then get it and hold onto it. If the lawyer can get it thrown out, good for you!

might try PTL ( paschall truck lines) they hired me and i have a speeding ticket in a cmv which is less than a month old. and as china said, try western express. they dont pay great but will be a job. thats where i started out. they now have a lease purchase program available.
