Hi Guys
I was always fit until I started driving a truck and then in less than 2 1/2 years I gained over 100 lbs. ummm...love chicken fried steak.
A few months ago I took control over my on road menu and now eat like I used to. (chicken breast and veggies).
Also I bought a 100 lb weight set and lift some inside my truck and sometimes I park in a quiet corner or behind a shopping mall and lift outside my truck. ( Before becoming a driver I lifted for years every other day)
So, I am thinking maybe some of you lift and have found a weight bench that can fold up and be bungied to the back of my cab on the catwalk?
Any advice?
bye the way, just lifting without the bench and haveing stopped eating at truck stops I have lost 38 lbs in 3 months....but could get a much better workout with a bench
Have any of you ever tried to carry a weight bench?

I'm not sure if there is, but are you sure you would want too. The bench being out side in the weather like that? You might be better off putting under the bed or on the top bunk. I hated the top bunk being down so I removed the mat rigged a lid for it so I can store small stuff yet still able to lock it up right.

I thought about that and plan on using a motorcycle cover that will firmly attach and protect it....It is worth it to me, I don't want to take the time to hunt a gym 3 times a week.

I sent you a couple of links to weight benches that fold up and one included the weight bells with it.

You want to protect it with a more waterproof covering, maybe a large tote, as a motorcycle cover usually breaths, thus is not WATERPROOF.
The catwalk areas on most trucks is a dirty and would quickly ruin a bench if not kept really clean.

Hmm try to put the bar on the drivers and passenger seat and do at least bench presses from the floor and while not using it dismantle and put it in the sleeper, inside ?
