Have anybody run for TransNoble Logistics? I heard their pay rate the lowest of all.

2016. I'm currently contractoring through transnoble on the Atlanta division side. I was impressed by a couple of things at first. For example, I did my orientation with them at home over the phone for only 2 hours. However, here's is the long list of bad things. It appears that they screen their incoming calls. It is very difficult to get a hold to a specific individual you would like to talk to. Furthermore, they don't have a lot of work lime their are advertising. I have to call everyday and pretty much beg for more work. Lastly, they don't pay you for all your miles you run. If anyone have anymore questions leave your contact information and I will contact you to go furthere in detail.

So I'm considering buying a truck. I've called JB, Rose, Hub in Harrisburg pa. Who is the best to o/o with?

Jb- owns chassis, self insured, pay scale, have to work weekends, many discounts, .60 off per gallon buy fuel from them

    Rose - 70% minimal weekend

    Hub- by the load,

I would like to make enough to buy more trucks but doesn't seam like there is any meat left on the bones in this industry.

I was hoping to get my truck in with them, I just got sent an email pay compensation plan - and I understood the first 2 pages about leg compenstions and accessorial compensation. The one I didn't understand the fsc percentage chart. If I were to run under their authority, after expense deductions (toll, fuel, etc) how much do you think I would be able to clear. I saw a few of your old settlements you posted a while back but I understood that was Under your own authority. Wondering how different the numbers would be? Thanks a lot!

You pay fuel and tolls they gave you some money back from tolls, post the fuel surcharge and leg pay here so I can explain it better

I REALLY appreciate your response and effort in trying to help me understand this better Ruckie. Here attached is the fsc sheet. My guests is that I get the average diesel price and how long is the leg is = % but the % of why the entire leg pays?
