have control on MAX and very little air - No Air coming out of vents

When you say MAX air do you mean air all the way on full blast or recirculate? When I drove a Volvo I'd get in it after a stop and have it on recirculate to knock the heat out initially, but if I forgot to take it off, it would freeze up and the little bit of air that did come out felt very dewy. This may have been specific to my truck, however, I'm not sure.

 

Have seen things like partially melted or corroded wires,to blower motor(causing too much resistance to the electrical power.Bad blower motor? If you hit a bump in the road will it "kick in" briefly? Bad vent controllers/cabin filter.
