Have feloneys over 10 years old

    I have 2 felony charges over 10 years old. First one in 91 an assult charge. Second one in 98 a burglary charge. I have been in no trouble since and have even worked my way through college. I have my Class A with Hazmat. just completed Truck Driving School in OH. Can any one tell me wich company's may be forgiving for ones past. I am now 44 with a family and have worked hard to change my life. Just give me the chance to prove it.

    i do not know of any particular companies that are forgiving, but that doesn't mean there aren't any out there. i did know that for a while, werner had a lifetime ban on felonies. whether or not that is still true, i do not know.

    best bet is to fill out applications and read the information they provide you on the application. you may also call companies on your own and get this information straight from them. things change on a regular basis in trucking. what was NOT allowed one day, can now BE allowed.

    There are over 450,000 companies in the US. You should be able to find someone willing to give you another chance. Maybe an owner operator would be willing to take you on. Good luck.
