8Axle Stretch step deck can handle this load no problem.
I added what I would do with my setup below. Blue line is coming in off the road. Green line is backing into place to unload. Crane is the purple spot. Pick and swing right there also reduces the lift radius on the crane compared to reaching way out. This option is based on the information you provided.
If you want ro go in the other way you are almost certainly going to need something steerable.
With my stretch step I would be about 90-100Feet long if the entire load has to be supported. Can be a bit shorter if it can overhang at least 5 feet. Overhang would also reduce trailer wheelbase making maneuverability better.

welp, guess I need to pry more info out of the vendor. this type of equip is all custom so I can't say they've shipped this same configuration before but I'm guessing they have an educated expectation that they can do this- they had a person on site for the site visit. But if I (my company) is putting a $ on it I'd like to have a pretty clear plan in my head, ya know?

if only I could... I didn't include the whole length of small sheds along that side of the building. There's about 12' clear... we would have to do extensive ground prep in the unpaved area to support if it really that heavy.... plus of course more bollards lol.... about 28' clear between bollards in unpaved area and corner of structure
