I hauled a flat bed to a farm for a guy and it was really small up hill driveway and after I unhooked he asked
me to move it again. He gave me $20

I used to work for co. that hauled for a lot of small wineries & microbreweries. A bottle of wine or a sixer was fairly common for pallet jacking a load.

Just about every time I pickup from a beer brewery there's an extra case in the trailer.

I use to get tipped very well when I was making a delivery to a money tree farmer, I think my biggest was 400 bucks.

I found that it depends where you are in the country. When I was delivering in the northeast, people were very greatful when you got up in the trailer and helped out. But get down here to Florida, more times than not people have the atitude what can you do for me. Even when you are in the trailer helping, but there are still some good people in Florida.

I get tipped alot for hauling cars because I take extra care in what I do. I got tipped $300 by one client for one car. $100 of that was because he forgot to sign the money order and I waited 15 minutes for him to come and sign it. He said, "Sorry I held you up and handed me another $100.

Working for a LTL company I can get tipped quite a bit. My last job at CWF they said NO TIPS but I didn't care and said screw it if they hand me money I was not saying no.
