    Most companies don't send them out anymore but have them online so you might want to check there

    This is not true... Companies are required by law to send you a physical copy via USPS... You can how ever get them online faster sometimes.

    My current put it online, like most of our biz. My last company (Feb '17.... doubt I'll see it. But I kept the last past stub for record) hasn't been seen.

    Still waiting on bank interest statements too, Tuck..... We'll be there before the 5th. We'll inquire then.

    Have you called your payroll department to ask about it?

    Asking here does no good at all.

    All that is required is for companies to provide a w2, the law makes no designation whether it has to be mailed or access via the internet be given.

    My wife's company doesn't mail them out, they allow the employees to print it off of the intranet portal

    If your company uses a payroll processor like adp you can get you w2 from the adp website

    "Federal law requires all employers to send employees W-2 statements no matter how low earnings or wages are. These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form, and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year."
