have you guys removed your trailer from the docks due to an angry receiver?

    I can't believe the comments on here. The guy shared a situation on here and people are ######## on him for it. He did everything right, and got $50 to boot. Good for him.

    The closest I've ever heard that might approach the OP scenario was an O/O that was docked at a shipper for 7 hours, when he found out that although they had loaded 1/2 his van in the first two hours they were waiting to fill the last half with product from an inbound trailer that would arrive in another 10 hours.

    He insisted that they remove the 1/2 load from his trailer so he could leave and go get another customer's shipment. They refused. He then proceeded to get out of the dock, close the door, and explain to them he was going to take the 1/2 shipment to a warehouse that would unload it and they could pick it up over there. They ended up calling the cops on him. The policeman sided with the driver.

    The customer ended up filling out his trailer with product that was in the warehouse and got him underway in less than an hour.
