Hi all. I'm new to this forum thing. Not sure if this is where I should be but here goes.

I'm an o/o in California and I have been hauling mainly equipment and dirt. I have an opportunity to pull a local companies hazmat tanks but I am having a hard time finding any regulations/rules on that. I won't be leased to them, just sub-hauling. Anyone have any info about this?

Insurance is my top concern, but as we all know the rules in the people's republic of kalifornia can be hard to navigate. Thanks!

Just wondering...... the company that you would be hauling for doesn't have the info?

I'd think that they would have given you the details before hand.

Well our contact doesn't, but he is trying to find out what he can. I am also just trying to gather as much info as I can on my end. They have always used a large company in the past for their hauling but are not very happy with the service. They would like to go with a local guy now.

Like you said, insurance is your concern. You should already have your "Ca. #" etc. So call your insurance guy and tell him your plan. Better to get the straight info first.

    Jimbo60 Thanks this.
