Hazmat ticket, entering a prohibited tunnel

I wonder if you are considered "in" the tunnel if you are past the last available exit?

U turn violation is a completely different issue than hazmat in a tunnel....

Seems more like a U turn violation. No offense but does your “cousin” read English ? Just saying cuz how can he missed the signs posted as said.

First off in Pa 50/50 chance if paid early it never gets past the magistrates stage...very common here
