Hazmat/TWIC/Precheck/Other TSA goodies with criminal record? Deferred felony.

Not entirely true, a conviction might fall into a disqualified category, but the way the court worded the conviction might put it outside, if they have questions, they will either reach out to the applicant or simply deny and make you appeal. My felony isn't listed directly, but, it's close enough for them to question me as they did when I first obtained my TWIC card, despite having had HAZMAT for 20 yrs.
