My Name is Alex today was my last day with this awful company.. they lack of communication; dispatcher Frank is just making everything difficult for the drivers ; creating a bad situation; also they promes me to run mid west and I endend on Laredo Tx and I was stock the for 4 days ; basically I was running $1.33 per miles several times I bring the situation and no one fixed I find out to leave this Bullsit company I must hav to give them 2 weeks notice .. at the same time I been charger for a escrow $141 and equipment ELD that I never received $225 The owner decided to cancel my contract and to keep the escrow but ELD I never received and they charged me for something that never got and I want to reach every one of you guys because enough is just enough feel free to call me at

I’m organizing a law suit against this company and everyone can join pls take a screen photos of everything that happens to you that way we present this to my lawyers..today i requested 2 weeks notice by email anyway I did call Kassie’s just to make sure that’ everyone is on one page
10 minutes after that the owner terminated me and treated me to keep escrow from equipment that I never received
this owner is sush abusing guy and he been stealing for. Others including me

It's too bad you got ripped off by them. My recommendation is to quit and move on. You may find that bringing a lawsuit against them is going to take a lot of time and energy. Isn't it better to just say you learned your lesson about signing contracts, and move on?
