How do y'all turn in your post trip paperwork? Does Maverick use Trippak or Transflow? Does anybody use in cab scanners to send in paperwork?

Also we are paid for all trips completed before midnight saturday on the next weeks check. They dont make us wait on paperwork to get paud. However if guys dont scan their paperwork regularly instead of holding a weeks worth all the time then that could go away. Some guys always seem to ruin it for everyone.

I am a current student in TDDS technical in Youngstown Ohio. I'm considering Maverick as one of my top 3 to apply to anyone have any advise on what to watch for with maverick or are they a pretty straight forward company? The guy I talked to is a driver for them and he was pretty honest but you also never know what the difference between what the recruiter says and what really happens will be. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I dont know what the driver told you but in my opinion you cant go wrong with Maverick. It also depends on you and your expectations. Ive been here over 8yrs and Maverick has always treated me good. They shoot straight and expect you to do the same. They also expect your best effort everytime. You work hard here and be professional and you will do fine.
Where do you live? What division are you thinking about?

Finally decided to make the move to maverick. Waiting to hear back from recruiting to see If im approved for orientation next week. Ive got about a year of experience with van not flatbed so ill need the securement training for sure. The only thing that might get me from being approved is im in the National Guard and i need 2-3 days a month to be present for that drill. Is anyone in the reserves or guard at maverick or dont they allow this?

Maverick gets its drivers home on weekends so it wont affect them too much but they do support the NG and have won awards for being a good employer for guardsmen. I train once a month on weekends with our states volunteer militia and Ive never had any issues. If I should be needed in my state all I need do is ask.

Thanks, The only other thing Im worried about is a minor loss of hearing in 1 ear due to a combat related injury. Ive never had a problem passing a DOT physical but wasnt sure how in depth the one they give is.

Wow, that's really nice. I don't know of any other good sized company that does that. Usually you don't see a dime until they get their signed BOL
