    Unfortunately for whatever reason they no longer hire o/o's. (Something I recently learned) They used to hire o/o's but according to what I was told you must first lease a truck from them. It makes zero sense to me but thats current policy. As for hiring requirements,they have always been the same across the board.

    Hey guys, brand new to the board. Recently retired from the USAF (MP), currently attending the Diesel Driving Academy on I-30 in Little Rock, I live in Austin, AR about 35 miles north of here and I'm planning on going flatbed with Maverick. Great board by the way, and i've enjoyed reading y'alls posts so I figured I'd join. Any advice for the new guy?
