Except that you body can only absorb about 8 ounces of water per hour and the rest gets expelled as excess water from the blood. So, while you can rehydrate your blood rather quickly, tissues are another issue altogether. You CAN urinate clear and be in a tissue deficit. Hydrating early and often helps prevent tissue dehydration. So does ensuring you have enough fiber in your colon. Hypovolemic shock is something we all should be concerned about. No one at Maverick works so hard that electrolytes need to be replaced as a result of physical effort. SAD will take care of salts above and beyond the call of duty and adding something fresh each day will take care of the rest. Ignore water and you'll become a statistic. Once you've fallen behind on your hydration, you stay dehydrated until the cause of dehydration ends. It's just too difficult to catch up once you're behind.

Last Friday I was told I had to do a load swap even though I did not want to. Turned out the other driver did not want to either. So yesterday after sitting until 0900 and.not hearing anything I card in and.asked them to check to see if I was zerod out. Sure enough I was. The cm never.put me.back even though he knew the swap.was not.going to happen.
So I got.a load at 1000 picking up in sc going to lowes dost center I. Washing.ftp. ch for.an 0830 delivery today.
When I got loaded I called in and told them I would not make.it.
    I.got.stopped at 2300.
Had not heard anything until just now saying they.will unload until.1400.
    My.charger.for.my.gps broke.on Sunday. My.refrigerator broke. Yesterday. Can't wait to.see what happens today.
I just got a call.back from lowes and if I had not called.in and rescheduled I would have sat.
You can not rely on others!.....not in the best of moods...lol

Just thought I'd let ya'll know new trailers headed to Little Rock. Should be there tomorrow. Picked up in Reading, PA yesterday. Don't mind a trailer swap when you pick up a NEW one with 2 more on top.

Well as of right now, I am to be back July 9th. But with me being in the military, that will change 100 times.
