Exactly. Very well put. I guess some just think its cooler to drive a stick shift manual trans.... well, fine, plenty of companies that give you one of those trucks out there in the industry.... Ain't one of 'em I'd rather be at than Maverick. And again, I have been in some very heavy traffic in Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Nashville.... I sure was glad that I was driving a Maverick truck. No wonder all the other drivers get so pissy in those traffic jams!

Boy Jim, your Qualcomm has it all. I guess when we upgrade trucks we will get the newer one. Ours now is still the old one on the floor.

    JimTheHut Thanks this.

It has numerous videos for securement for both flatbed and glass. I can also get on the internet if I am at a Wifi that is set up for Maverick. You can only go to the preloaded sites, but it is nice.

I just want to give a grand "Thank You" to all who have supplied great information about Maverick and the expectations (I have read this thread and several others). This information is extremely valuable to all who are headed to the rock. I am a former Marine, and from everything I read can appreciate the way Maverick appears to run their program.

I have been approved and I am just waiting on a orientation date to be set up. I am looking forward to get rolling and to make a positive impact with the company. Thanks again to all.

    seawheeler and jxu417 Thank this.

I received a message that I was one the "chosen ones" to test out the wi-fi but it's still not working. Hopfully they will get the bugs worked out soon. Sounds like it gives you a useful tool. Now if they would just reactivate the games like the old ones had.

Ours still has the games on it. Solitaire is good when waiting at a shipper/receiver.

I never had games! It will only work at Pilots, Flying J's...also Petro and possibly TA and Loves...
There is a download with the videos that has them listed.
You can tell if you have wi-fi by the signal indicator. Then if you have it, go to the next screen and the voice will tell you Internet. Then Maverick site comes up and then go to the star to see the rest of the pages you can get.

For those of you who know NO TARPS...He is coming back to Maverick as long as he can pass the agility test. He will be in NLR on Saturday. He is the one from this forum that convinced me to go with Maverick over US Express. I am sure US is a good company...but I am very glad I came to Maverick.:yes2557:
