I have tattoos my self, as long they are in good taste no problem. That work I wear long sleeve shirts. Some of my tattoos might be offense to some people.
-
Yes that is very true, I had a government job with tattoos. I see cops with sleeves tatted down so I should see it not a problem as long as the job get's done and by doing it in a professorial manner. -
Is there any videos on auto shifting? From my understanding maverick show's a video during orientation. I wonder if that video can be found online -
Don't stress over the auto shift. When you get to Maverick and you do your road test; they know that you haven't driven a Auto Shift before and they take that into account. Just make sure when you do your road test that you stay 5-10mph below the posted speed limit. Also remember to put on your seatbelt! The road test is to see if you can safely drive a tractor trailer with a spread axle safely without running over anything. I hadn't ever driven a spread axle until I got here and had to do it for my roadtest and I had no problem with it. On my turns I went out a little farther than I normally would have because I didn't want to take a chance on hitting a curb. I'm sure the other experienced drivers on here can give you a better understanding of driving a spread axle. The tat thing,,,, There are guys in my class that has tattoos and nothing has been said about it; so I wouldn't worry about it.
HouseOfPain Thanks this. -
Hubby just got home today (Saturday) at around 2:00 pm. His load delivers Monday (450 miles away) by 1:00 pm. How would you all work that? Should he try to get his restart and leave tomorrow night, or just say heck with the restart? Any ideas?
