Swift is a decent place to start.

It's more about you than anything else.

 

They have good banana pudding at the TS where the driving range is located.

 

Swift is probably one of the better companies to start with. They're one of the higher paying companies. They have the freight. They'll let you run as many miles as you want to run and they'll treat you with respect. That's about all you can ask for in trucking. Swift has always been good to me.

 

Have you ever worked for swift?

 

No he hasn't. Not even sure he drives anymore.

 

What's an OSHA 10? I googled it, just came up with 10 hour courses.....

 

Figures just another internet know it all. I see him on here acting like he's worked for every company out here. Telling new drivers to go work for one company, avoid another company. Meanwhile the guy doesn't even truck. He's probably working a gaurd shack talking to all the truckers that come through about that time he ran over the road for 6 months.

 

Oh, give him a little credit. He is a former LEO. That's got to count for something.
