2004 kenworth w900L headslights and turn signal lights on the hood do not turn on. Marker lights from the cab to the end of the truck work good still. I check the battery box no bad wires, checked fuse panel and relays, checked turn signal switch high beam indicator will come on but lights do not turn on. Rear blinkers only work on switch. Whats my problem? Stranded until daylight.

Open hood, drivers side, look for the wire connectors, sounds like hood harness has been unplugged.

If your brights dash light didnt come on i'd say the physical headlight switch was dead. Worth just shorting the wires behind it to verify it isnt that switch

    blairandgretchen and Oxbow Thank this.

Hood harness on both sides cleaned and new switch put in still nothing only the dash lights turn still. Traced wires to find a rub spot and still no signs of damage

Suspect a bad ground because it is on multiple different power circuits. Flasher does not work because there are not enough lights, amperage draw , for the flasher to function.
Years slip away from me but can you post a pic of the fire wall on the left front? I do not want to waste time talking about the wrong truck.

    Sounds like a ground wire
