    Start off running Associated Grocers. Or into Hunts Point every night. Load the boxes into the trailer by hand onto the floor, drive. Unload same load again off trailer... 48000 pounds worth, hurry up. Drive back.

    Sleep next week. Don't have time to eat. No time for doctor and none of the women either. Not until they dunk you in the river a mite...

    I tried to always keep jug of water in the cooler for a cold drink or sometimes Unsweet Tea. Otherwise, I'd get hot coffee. Avoided soda's much as possible and no 5hr Energy Shots or Monster Energy drinks. I think drinking water can help to manage appetite.

    If I was low on groceries and needed something to eat, I would sometimes get a burger or chicken sandwich and skip the bun which I think is mostly worthless as food.

    I didn't feel I could consistently get a workout in during 10 hr breaks. The best I did was walking some on my 10 or on my 30.

    Weighted vest with bodyweight workouts are good for a quick rigorous workout.

    Coffee with as little crap in it as possible is great because caffeine is a appetite suppressant and it gives you some energy for working out. It makes cardio 2x more enjoyable!

    I have planet fitness and anytime fitness memberships. Allot of locations and most planet fitness is on big plazas. I work out amidst everyday, either in the morning or in the middle of the day.

    I'm more regional now but i used to do 48 and always found time to hit the gym.
