Any kind of body resistance exercises will be your best bet. One can do them anywhere, rain or shine.

Buy the p90x3 program. You get a DVD set and a book with workouts. After you do a few workouts you’ll start finding your favorite workouts, so you can workout without always watching the videos. Buy rotating push-up handles (easy on the wrists) and some resistance bands. I also have hand weights that wrap around my hands (for boxing) and a medicine ball.

Walk walk walk. Everything else requires you find space for gear you probably won't use. Walking requires shoes & clothes. Assuming you're an adult you probably already have those.

It doesn't mattet what you do, just do something. People obsess & argue over what to do as if it matters, it doesn't .

A bike will require roads and faith that the idiots staring at their phone will look up just in time to avoid running over you. They MIGHT accidentally miss running over you.

There are several simple things you can do while on the road.
    1. A good brisk 10 or 15 minute walk at the end of your day works wonders for stress relief and cardiovascular vascular improvement.
    2. A few minutes of exercise a day like situps, pushup, jumping Jacks burns a great deal of calories and keeps the heart healthy.
    3. You can do a good routine of isometric exercises while your driving.
Helps keep your mind sharp and focused.
    4. Eat more prepared fresh foods instead of all the processed food.
Improves digestion and doesn't weigh you down.
    5. If you snack, snack more on fresh fruits and vegetables instead of chips, candy bars, and twinkies.
    6. Make sure your getting plenty of fresh water in your system everyday, instead of sodas and coffee.
    7. Get plenty of good rest.

Jump rope. Sounds silly but you will feel the burn. Only started doing it recently. I'm in relatively good shape and I did 3 sets of 3 minutes jumping rope. I was beat afterwards.
