yes it is flat--but reallt no flater rhan man.--besides its easier to find your dog if he runs away--used to be a reasnoble place to live--now house prices have doubled(my ex got the house)--wages for the most part have gone up- except if you work for the mennonite mafia---more jobs than you can shake a stick at---even mcdonalds was up 10/12 bucks an hour so they could get workers

and i see that native dancer must have been there----small population but a whack of small towns---in the southern part--used to be a town every 8 miles--was for the grain elevators--now most of those little towns are empty--little elvators gone--just the big inland terminals left

fair bit of oil in sk--but medic is right more in ab---buts lots of driving jobs if you want in sk hauling oil--also the oil sands are supposed to be opening up in sk--not sure if they have or not--got the uranium mines and some diamonds as well--not sure how they are going---havnt been back in a whileunder different circumstances i would be living there again--if you like fishing or hunting it cant be beat--crime is high by canadian standards--but nothing compared to where i am now--its just so #### cold and windy in winter----as soon as i got out of ontario in winter--i knew it was time to put a blanket over the door in the frt shaker--cause if it was windy--those seals werent about to stop it

Years ago I was passing through Saskatchewan and stopped in a small town for a meal. There was a fair going on there and some locals sitting there discussing it. One gentleman said he had been there with his 7 children. Somebody asked him how he kept track of them all. He said it was easy. He gave them a quarter at a time for a ride. After the ride they came looking for him for another quarter. He didn't look for them, they looked for him. I thought the man was a genius.

not many roads up north at all-- un less you are going in to the mines--i was up there only a few times not to mines tho--hauling culverts and such---so i was never down the really wild ones--its similar to northern ontario--not as hilly tho---but when you fly over you realize it is just lake after lake--lots of fly in fishing lodges
