Not a Wilson Silver Load. They wind them too tight so the wire tends to break near the base. Radio killers...

    Bought a Predator 10k on a 17" shaft. Swr's...1.3.
Left Bob's at the 70 on I 80, could still hear him as i passed the 58
    I'm happy with my decision

Nothin wrong with that ant...As i mentioned before..Dont need to spend $ on what you will ever use "UNLESS" tou start pumpin out big power..
I will say though when you get a minute, grab some anti sieze and put a dab on all connections and set screws, you will thank me later....
Although swr is low,let a shop get a analyzer and get #'s like what in the pic..Ask them to pay attention to the r# and x#...Notice the rl # top right, higher the better...A more true low swr will be achieved.. 20200323_183432.jpg

That sure is a nice analyzer. That return loss feature alone would be very handy to check different types of coax.

There is an option for that to..Some fella on youtube has a really nice vid re all the options of that very analyzer..

Think i mentioned before to clean every connection point between ant point where it mounts all the way down to cab..Ex between mirror brackets cause i seem to vaguely remember plastic washers between mirror arms..If not its likely corrosion to some degree..Door hinges likely have rust n such so clean up bolts and bolt holes (threading) and run a few wide braided straps to electrically connect door side of hinge to cab side hinge and eventually cab to chassie...Keepem as wide and short as possible...
I bet you will likely get a good bit more..Seems to me the aa35(will cover cb band)is about $200...
