The officer stated the guy they’re looking for did not have a CDL. So, was the deserted passenger the assigned driver? Was there impairment? Someone (or sometwo) has some ‘splaining to do.

My gut tells me the licensed driver was sleeping and let his buddy drive the truck. Or, he picked up a lizard who drove while trying to get home or make a score.
