well give the guy the benifit of dought you don't know it's a rumor your just hoping it's not after all thats when you sell a company is when it's worth the most money no one wants to buy a company thats not making money people build companys up for the sole purpose of selling them and this company could be one of them i have not been here long but i have read alot of your post please there are people here looking for help just getting into trucking or looking for a different company so the least we can do is when we post have a open frame of mind and be upfront and honest about what we say

Well drivers things has gotten a lot better at heartland since I posted my 1200 mile wks.,and I said the same thing! What a joke this company is!!,but I had a good long talk with dispatch and things are not great but definitely better.

How do things get better when they still don't pay us what we should be getting like detention or layover pay,why should we pay out of our pockets for expenses unless we take the time to fill out a comdata check & thats still money out of our pocket for the time it takes especially when we sit on hold all day.We wait for inspections sometimes 6,7,8,10 trucks in line,thats also time we waste which is money but they don't care if we're not being paid.

Driver I get layover almost everytime I sit,ask them for pay. As far as the other complaints you have,all I can say is its trucking! If you notice all these Co.s let you avg. About 1k per wk. Gross and that's all

I worked for Heartland for about a year. Was no doubt the best otr company I ever worked for. But I guess when u consider the only other otr company I worked for was C.R. England, that's probably not saying much.

Lmao,no I would say not! Honestly I'd say smaller Co.s are way better.they don't have the benefits or high cpm,but u can run a little harder and make same $$ .and probably get home a lot easier

Not to mention all the miles you get shorted. i had a load going from mira loma to el paso texas.... from shipper adress to reciever address was almost 800 miles... paid miles 729loaded and 11 empty miles..... and that was just on one load. that being my only problems with the company i plan on staying untill a clear and obvious upgrade becomes available. that may take a while considering upgrades to me from here are not general freight otr carriers anymore its stater bro's... albertsons... ups... etc -
Lol, I wish they'd tell me that now!! I'm brokedown and at dealer in Indiana. I've only got detention once,.I sat 8 or 9 hrs, I kept them updated every couple hrs then when I was loaded I asked them how much.just ask ,hey am I gonna get some pay for this!!

how do you figure it was free....you lost all that time waiting for repair & not only that the time it took you to move things.....these #### co.think its ok for us to donate our time but yet the office personal that we support get paid all the while they are there.
