heartless express (warning)

Let's start off with what a joke they are. Thank God for having a new job to go to and not having to put up with thier b.s. no more. I will let you know that the pay is good miles are decent and you have to stick up for yourself and not take anything ###### from your f.m. I can tell you that some of thier company policies are really messed up. 1) You can idle the truck if the outside temp is above 77 degrees or below 45 degrees, but if your idle time is greater than 25% your truck will cut back from 64 m.p.h. to 60 m.p.h. 2) If you go on vacation, you will be told to clean your truck out, we might have a truck for you when you come back. 3) There is no such thing as a regional driver, you go where they want you or you will sit. 4) You have to go through terminal inspection when pulling into a terminal then take your log book in to show your f.m. before you get your load assignment. 5) If you don't get your paperwork in on time they will hold your paycheck. So if you like being treated like a child this is the company for you. I could go on and on but why should I when this is my last week at heartless express. Being at three different terminals in the last couple of days and drivers #####in and complaining it all make sense to me. So if you want to work at heartless express, I suggest you talk to several different drivers and see if this is the company you want to work for or not. As for me I'm gone to do what will make me happy and not worry about where I will be at from day to day or when I will make it home.
