Really? My debit card won't work at fuel pumps in the states. I have to go inside and pay and there's no choice between my chequeing or savings. Just automatically withdraws out of one. But yea, having just a flying j would suck. I've got husky, coop, petro, chevron and a comdata card. I never found a station in the states when I was 15 wide that I could fit in so I ended up dumping the trailer everytime to fill.

The last load I took to Canada went to Conklin,AB, a pipe rack. Topped off at the J in Saskatoon, but they had me routed to Battlefords then north into AB. The closest J was Grassland. Had just enough fuel to get to Conklin, but not enough to get out. We could use the Husky too, but there isnt a Husky in that area. I dropped the trailer and found a Shell station offroute. They tell me that The cards now work at the PetroCan, but I havent been there in so long that I would probably have to sit in immigration again.

I thought about bigger diameter also but that would be to close to the ground I think. ground clearance is a must with what I am doing. I can actually get 450 miles from a fuel up. lately I have been doing short running (300 miles per day). I am going to try the 120 gal. tanks and if that isn't enough then I will mount a 70 gal. tank under the passenger door. which will help in putting weight on the steer.

How about a bigger fuel tank (like 140s) under the doors? Should net you an extra 200 miles cruising range, and put more weight on the steers?

Do any of you have your trailer set up so you can lift your third trailer axle from inside the cab?

I know your not going to like this idea but a D style or square tank the same length of your round one would hold 120-135 gal
