Random: what's the height of your neck when you drop your deck on the ground, without disconnecting the neck, without dunnage under the deck?
    Anyone?

With a hydraulic neck, you can make it any height you want.
Mechanical neck varies on the trailer and how worn out it is.

36" would be about right, some may drop down to 30" but don't pick up load weight till 36-40"

if your building pickup ramps try for 30" with your bags deflated and they don't have to carry much weight till the 40" height

Just make sure you round the ends of your ramps.
That way you can always get under the rollers.
I have pics some where,I'll see if I can find them and post them for you.

    The skinny:

1998 trailking mechanical dd. Deck w 8' deck over wheels. Alum wheels. Load gauge. Adjustable ride height. Alleged 29' well (I walked it came out a few inches shy, may have been the shoes...) only one small rot hole near neck on passenger side of ramp. Decking is somewhat uneven with miscellaneous odd size boards. Lot of surface rust on sides and underneath. No scale rust. Under 13k tare.
Looking to do wider/higher loads, preferably crane/forked on n off vs roll on n off.
Without pics I realize it's a tough one to judge.
Thoughts on Trailking as a brand?

Looks like a decent old trailking. I personally pull a trailkimg albeit quite a bit newer and a heavier trailer. Be sure and pay attention to the front of the main rails and make sure they haven't been drug a whole bunch, some dragging is inevitable but I've looked at trailers that are awful thin right there from guys running them right on the ground.

I have had really good luck with TK's (I've had 4). They are tough.
    13k tare seems a little light, is it a 30t? 102"? My 35t is 15,800 (w/upper deck adds a little).

    Rated at 73k gross. I'd say 30t. 102".
I watched about 6 dozen videos on different brands and how they work and hookup. Trailking seemed like one of the better systems.
