Heavy Haul Miscellaneous Thoughts, Ideas and Questions

With my 9900 & big cat with 18 SPD & mechanical detach 3 axle 53' muvall rgn with blocks, chains, boomers, tools, jacks & asst. goodies. I weigh just shy of 45,000. I'm thinking if you added hyd that would add at least 1500 pounds??

 

Well I'm no good to you on that one, we just bought the 740 last fall and I haven't gotten it across a scale yet. I do know other guys who haul them on 7 and can scale them, I will text them and see how they scale out.

 

By the way I like the topic idea.

 

I would say that I might be a tad heavy on the trailer but I'm not sure how much, a buddy of mine works for a company that has a fleet of them he will have a scale ticket on one. I'll talk to him tomorrow.

 

Go 29' there are some lds. that won't balance out on 26 or less.
I know when I buy again it will be a 29' stretch. Even if going non stretch I would go with 29.
2250 upper works need 29 to balance out. Plus some Terex cranes need 29 in the well. Just my thoughts though.
