    Please tell me you're not looking at a ground bearing trailer. I don't think the even make them anymore.

    Ground bearing are good for punching through thin asphalt and making square post holes in soft ground with heavy machines as I remember.

    No I'm not looking at one, I just see the term non ground bearing all the time and wanted to know what the difference was.

    I don't know why they do that still, it would be like advertising a car as running in unleaded.

    I did see a 2007 or 2008 on truck paper that was ground bearing.

    This would be a ground bearing trailer. Basically if there is landing gear that picks up the trailer then that is ground bearing. Even your flatbeds and vans would have to be considered ground bearing.

    I guess that would be ground bearing if it uses those legs to lift the load. But usually ground bearing refers to detaches.
