Yea, I've been told that. I'm currently working on a quad year plan of what id like to accomplish, doesn't necessarily mean it'll happen but still......goals.

Bad idea to get your license from a company. You’re essentially getting married before you ever even had a first date. Plus you’re signing up for a year of doing a job you’ve never done. It’ll cost you around 6 grand to cut ties.

There’s a reason companies offer training, with stipulations. Think about it. You’ll be on the hook for it if you leave, whether it’s your choice or theirs.

I got my CDL for free through WIOA this past summer. I got to choose my school. It didn’t cost me a dime. I think someone already mentioned that program. I believe it’s available in most states, and it’s definitely the most preferable method of attaining a CDL A currently.

I was actually talking to my husband about this and he said he thinks that it would be good. I'm really intimidated by flatbeds, mainly because my little arse is 135 lbs soaking wet and I don't need to get my arse kicked by no darn tarp. I know trucking is a hard ### job but I'm not adding more to it with having to.lift up something heavier than I am. Hahaha.

I hated almost everything about Reefer trucking. The noise, the customers, the lumpers, the long waits, rejected freight.

we are big fans of running flatbeds but hate tarping, running 100% Conestoga has been fantastic
