HELLO OWNER OP TRAINERS!

I have a question for owner operators that are leased on to a company and train drivers for that company. My current company is switching up their trainer program and they’ll probably be losing a whole bunch of trainers in a few months. Are there any O/O trainers out there that can recommend a good company for us to switch to?? If so give us some details, like bonus money, what type of numbers being earned as a O/O trainer, home time etc. Thanks a lot
