I would appreciate any help with an explanation as to why the intake rocker arms keep breaking. I replace one and then a different one breaks and so on.

pulling up around 1700 1800 and letting off the fuel allowing the jake to come on,

Have you had the head rebuilt or the cam changed? It could be a pushrod/valve clearance issue on the intake side.
Another thing is the valve guides could be sticky or oval shaped making the rocker hit off center.
Any other signs of damage? -
I replaced the head from a different engine. It will start up and run good for a few minutes then the intake rocker arms will start to break. what is causing this. There is no other damage.

replace valve, valve liner and valve SPRING, yep, weak valve spring is the problem at high engine speed

replace the all with new ones. a common c15 issue. i think they even have a recall on them....replace the studs and all.
