In a Lease Program Contract generally does the company pay for our fuel...doing the math here making sure this can be profitable...

No, in a lease contract, you will pay all expenses for the truck, this includes the fuel.

You will be making all payments on the truck as well. And if you leave before the truck gets paid off, then you leave without the truck.
