Try Roehl Transport. Excellent company. Only real issue is deciding how many weeks you wish to run.

TaterWagon#62 and Lepton1 Thank this.

So sorry to hear of your situation; but just like everyone else said - it will get better!
We are a small company operating under Mercer. We currently have a flatbed position available. Mercer has a strict requirement of at least one year OTR experience (which you are just shy of); however, I will PM you and we can talk further.TaterWagon#62, Just passing by and Lepton1 Thank this. -
@Numb DOE'S EPES TRAVEL THE EAST COAST ANYTHING NORTH OF I-95 NORTH CAROLINA I DON'T GO
-
they do a lot of northeast. was one of reasons I left.
where in SC ,do you live? -
Danny Herman Trucking - mostly stays below I-40 and runs as far west as Calexico,CA and some other place in Southern,CA.
K&B Transportation - guaranteed minimum weekly pay of, I think, $1125.00 and you can make more, but not less.
Dodge City Express (Sallee Inc.)
South-East Carriers - Lawrenceburg,TN
M.C. VanKampen
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Karr Transportation - ad has $80K - $100K per year.
I don't think they run north of PA, but you can call and ask. It says 48 state authority, but their primary running lanes aren't 48 states.
Must be at least 23 years old.
- Must have at least 2 years OTR experience.
- Reefer experience preferred.
- Clean MVR.
- No DUI, reckless driving, etc.
Idk if you've found anything yet, but my first company was Cargo Transporters out of Claremont, NC. A great company to work for. Since you don't have your 12 under your belt yet, or didn't as of this post, they may want you to go through training again. I think it's nine or ten weeks there. Even during training my first paycheck was almost $900. So even at 18 and a half cents a mile was better than what you're doing now. Then you get in your own truck and then the big money. They run dryvan, mostly Furniture so a lot of light Loads. I left that company about a year-and-a-half ago, and as of that time all of their trainers lived in North Carolina, so be prepared to stay out for the entirety of your training. If you can get home great, just be prepared
