Who's responsible for your current drivers medical to be uploaded to the Dept of Transport? It the people that did the medical were responsible then best check to see if they did indeed send it, or if you were supposed to do this yourself?

Another thought crossed my mind. Where or how did you get your CDL? I have heard of licenses being canceled if there was some sort of issue with the school or possibly a 3rd party tester. Not saying YOU did anything wrong, but if something was going on that you didn't know about, it's possible to have licenses issued during a certain time span to be canceled or recalled. Usually though, drivers are notified by the state in advance and told that they must re-test to regain their license.

If it is a NEW CDL as the OP is suggesting, then the DMV would have to have a copy of it. He stated he just got his CDL in October and and had the physical a month earlier.

My wife is the sweetest most law abiding person I've ever met. She got a speeding ticket a couple years back and elected to take defensive driving in order to have it removed. She took the class, sent in her fee, and then assumed it was done.
Three months later there's an arrest warrant mailed to our house with her name on it. She was panicking and wanted to go pay the fee right then. If she would've walked into that office with an active warrant she would've been arrested. I went to the office for her, explained the situation, and they actually found her paperwork in a clerk's desk that was on vacation, and she forgot to file it.tscottme Thanks this. -
