Any tips on getting the fuel lines out and new back in on a Pete 379?

They are wrapped and tied up in the frame rail with everything else, looks like a PITA.

Do I just apart cutting tie wraps and unbolting the metal straps or is there a trick to it?

no real trick. Have yo get everything loose enough to pull em out and get new ones in. Cover the ends of the new hose before pushing it thru to keep dirt out of the lines.
keep everything the same length and routed the same or you'll have trouble keeping tanks equal

Cut the tie straps and loosen up the P clamps tie some wire on fitting on the end of the old lines on the opposite end you pulling from or connect the new fuel line to the old line then pull it through tape the ends like @lester said it just takes time and patience but it’s doable

What everyone else said , also if you can pressure wash the best you can it'll make it a lot easier. And even after tape on the ends I'd blow the new lines out with compressed air before installing.
