    is there much difference between the 9200-9400 there both set back axles the 9900 are the set forward. iv never drove the 9200-9400's they look like the same truck to me. if the truck that your looking at has what you want and not what you don't want and you're be happy with it and in good shape then i don't see a reason not to buy it. but i guess its up to you, if it fits your needs/wants or not
