I am a recent driving school graduate and have no idea where to go... I have job offers from May Trucking, Werner, Swift Transportation as well as, CRST Expedited. Anyone have any input on where to go or where to stay away from? I did very well through school and aced my state skills test, but now I have no idea what to do. I'd like to do flatbed work, for the physical aspect of it. Any input on this is and I'll be eternally grateful!

Heavensimp Thanks this. -
What I've been doing is sifting through the company specific forums on the site and I created a spread sheet of info based on other drivers thoughts pros and Cons compared to my priorities and what I want in life.
Also add your location so the Vets can have an idea of your hiring area.
First flatbed company that pops into my mind is McElroy Truck lines. Home base is Cuba, AL "operating primarily in the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions" and they advertise "a family owned business with high Christian morals and ethics."Heavensimp and Chinatown Thank this. -
I live in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. I know come spring there is a TON of dirt work but I am looking for something immediately.

Nothing will be easy and you will really need to push yourself through all the bumps in the road. Pick a company and just grind out the first 6 months to a year. The grass is not greener on the other side.
