Did you buy some ones IC# and happen to overlook the fact that it requires buying insurance?

Did you change insurance and perhaps your new company didn't send in proof of coverage or they didn't provide the correct amounts? That notice states that the carrier in question doesn't have insurance on record. That takes 30 days after the insurance has been cancelled for what ever reason either by the carrier the insurance company. The FMSCA can determine that your Safersys rating is so bad they revoke your authority but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

Be sure you have all your documents ready when they show up and be polite.

    x1Heavy and buddyd157 Thank this.

Ok it looks like you insurance is going to BE cancelled by your insurance company. They do that for normally 2 reasons. You didn't pay them. Or you've had so many claims that they can't cover you any more and are cancelling your coverage which comes under "your unsafe driving".
So you DO understand that your trucks will have NO insurance by Dec 10, 2017 and shoud be parked and stay parked until this is resolved.
