I really don't consider committing a felony a misfortune. A misfortune in my opinion is something a person has little or no control over. The truth is there are many drivers with no criminal records who will get chosen first. Felons, even though they paid for their crimes, will have a very rough time finding a reputable company to work for. I feel most felons deserve a second chance but I can't feel sorry for them as knowing the difference between right and wrong is just common sense.
