Please please find another company to work for, you and every other driver does not need a POS "trainer" yelling at them or anything like that. Report the POS when you can, the company needs to address this.

We have so much garbage in this industry, we need to clean it up but it starts with people who are new understanding that they are not slaves and those who are abusive need to be reported and fired.

This so called trainer, who should not be a trainer in the first place forgets that she was a new driver once. NO ONE should be treated like that! Find a new trainer or company who will treat you with the dignity respect you deserve. Also take all the time you need to back in. If you don't hit anything, then you did ok.

 

Trainers at megas only exist because they believe in training.

None of them do it to pimp students for extra money.

Surprised, the trainer didn't start fight with SOB who interfere with his training process.

Well. I've read hundreds of trainers post on this forum and all are intellectual humanitarians.

None do it for the money.
