Roadrunner Transportation will let you run with their brand new trailers for $185 a week!
spyder7723 Thanks this. -
I hate that rental game carriers play. You can actually buy, with no money down with a lower payment than most carriers charge in rent. Just one more reason I know I'm at the best place for owner ops.

Have you tried a local bank? Seems like you're trying to finance through an equipment company they're useless. I called a couple when I looked into buying trailers a month ago. They wanted 25 down and 16% interest I walked into the bank that has the notes on both my trucks in a matter of 48 hours they called back and said we'll roll it all into one 5 year note at 5.5% interest. I slammed under my trailers on the 9th of september and would never think about going anywhere but a local bank for a equipment funding ever again.

Why not just lease for 6 months establish some work history as a owner/ op .. If things are going good you have more options.. This way you keep your eyes open for that sweet deal and don't feel pressured to overpay on worn equipment.. Sure you lose a bit of profit but getting into a trailer right now sounds like you may have to settle on something that can cost way more in the long run
