Get your blood pressure under control and change companies.

 

Tell him to stick it, it isn't worth your cdl. Get rechecked, you should have gotten a 30 day but it depends where you went to get the dot done.

I've been going in circles with Concentra and my sleep apnea - the PA didn't want to sign off on the card for a year because I didn't have a complete data set from my machine even though my sleep doc told him I use the machine all the time so I have a 90 coming up this week.

 

Don't drive if you don't have a valid medical card. Are you currently on blood pressure medications? Go to your family practice Dr. And get medication if not already on meds. Some drivers claim that Viagra will lower blood pressure but I would not know about that.

 

If you have a choice of doctors to use, NEVER go to Concentra!!!!!!!

 

I had no choice at the time and got the same doc five years running but this time it was a PA, which I don't agree should be doing DOTs.

As for viagra, it depends on the person but it does some cardiac patients well.

 

No boss or job is worth running illegally. If you do it now, he will expect it again and again. And it will get harder to turn him down. Doesn't sound like he respects you much.

 

Look for another Clinic, I know there are plenty of Doc's in a box, that will give you a DOT Physical card in Detroit!
