Help in Mississippi

    I got my CDLS back in December of 2008.I was working for a foodservice delivery company that was going to let me drive and so forth and so on.Now having been laid off from that company and not being able to get any kinda experience does anyone know who would be a resonable company to go to that will get me to driving? Is it to late,did I wasted money on my CDLS, like some of the treads out there I will drive dump trucks,log anything.....Thanks for any help

    Having went back and re-read your post. I'm afraid there isn't much help I can lend, since you lack any experience at all it appears.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    You're pretty much left to small outfits that may give you a chance. Or, a state job that would require a CDL. Trust me, there are many State jobs up for grabs this year....worth a look at least.

    Yeah your right.I got my cdls with my old job in Tennessee and was supposed to be given a chance to drive but was laid off and since that happened during my 30 days after cdl school no one will hire me.ill check with some state jobs but looks like I might have to just go to USA trucking type of company,dont get me wrong I understand i have to pay my dues but I dont want to have to pay for another cdl training.That really bothers me i was going to go to trucking school 5 years ago and everyone and their momma would train ,experience didnt matter.Thanks for your help and if ya hear anything for no experience give me shout.
