Help me understand the 8 days/70 hours/34 hour reset particulars

    in this case youd be better suited to only go to 8 hours cause part of the 8.75 would mean in a 8 day period your burning 4 hours in mandatory 30min breaks where ending at 8 you never hit your mandatory at all
